Tim Hortons - Temporarily Closed

Whenever I have to go to RUH I stop in here instead of the expensive coffee shop in the hospital. It is quite a walk from the hospital but worth it. The only upset it that it crowded with university students.

This Tim’s no longer accepts cash which is beyond ridiculous. Cash is a form of currency. no matter how often ppl pay with a piece of plastic (debit cards etc) cash is still a universal payment method that should NEVER not be accepted. This is not okay. Especially within a school? For someone like myself who happened to have some change and not a card on me I couldn’t get my morning coffee cause they don’t accept cash. Here I am trying to pay and they wouldn’t accept it. This is a massive inconvenience for EVERYONE. That blows my mind and is completely unacceptable no matter how you spin it. There is absolutely no reason for that at all. Period.

Solid service though there is sometimes a long wait. Food and drink are standard quality.

I had a bad experience at tims in arts tunnel the guy at the cashier was super rude!

The lines are long, no online ordering here. Express lines take forever. 5 of them working serving one at a time! Slowest service ever and rude

They gave me the meat sausage when I asked 5 times, "the vegetarian one, right?"

Found a hair in my iced coffee today & the lady was very rude about it. She was not wearing a hair net. I feel like I should have been reimbursed, but I wasn't at all.
