Love coming here! The staff are always super nice and even when it’s busy they get my order right. Coffee tastes fresh and the food comes out quick. It’s kind of my go-to spot whenever I need a pick-me-up
Yesterday, a male employee here gave me a Iced Coffee with 1 sugar, no cream. But, I ordered Iced Coffee with 1 cream, no sugar. He blames it to me. He yelled at me. Very bossy and ridiculous service. I am a loyal customer here. How dare he is. And then, I came back this place for 2 medium Iced Coffee. I just say 1 sugar. After that, I immediatelly said sorry and I wanted to say 1 cream, no sugar. But he interrupted me and used his finger pointed at me and showed me a bossy, disgusting...
My family been ordering at Tim Hortons Confederation Mall for a year now and what makes us coming back here was the excellent service that the staff is providing, feel welcomed every time we visit, especially Crystal she’s very accommodating and always smiling. ☺️ Thanks for the great service.
