Tim Hortons

The second worst Tim Hortons on the planet earth. I should give them negative-5 stars. The staff is very rude and racist. I think they should change its name from Tim Hortons to Filipino Hortons, why they don’t hire any other staff. If you’re not a Filipino, the staff talks really bad with you. Just forget about the service. They refuse to accept the offers of Tim Hortons app and they have their own rules and regulations. These type of franchises are tarnishing the reputation of Tim Hortons. The owner should take action and try to hire diverse staff and employees should threat customers with respect and not racism. Customers are paying forget food and not getting it free of cost, they deserve respect.

I went to this store and tried redeeming a free hot drink from roll up to win promo. I asked for mocha latte and adding another shot of espresso that makes total of two espresso but this lady is charging me for modification (2shots of espresso). I told her that modification of drinks is allowed and free as per promo rules and even showed her the screenshot of the rules. She asked her manager but both of them said NO. Same situation just a few days ago when I tried claiming a muffin from a free donut roll up to win promo and told me that I can only get donut, period. The staff and the manager are not doing their homework. Wake up!

The staff were very rude. The cashier told me to stop wasting time while I was still thinking for my order. Then when it was time to pick up, I had to wait for a long time all because they forgot to call out my name. I understand that it was rush hour, but the way they handled it was very disrespectful and not a single apology was given. Never going here again.

I was overcharged for my order recently. Rather than resolving the issue, the manager, Analyn was rude and unprofessional.

Hi order plain crossent and they denied to either toast or grill it , who gonna eat cold crossent thay why it is sitting in the display and no one buys.
And I more often goes to this as I work at hospital, few days back I order same and who ever was at counter she did grill it and put butter and today as of oct 7th she denied and was yelling at me that they not gonna do it ..
