I've never had a hard time eating because I couldn't stop crying for a positive reason. When ordering, I asked if the side salad had onions (I didn't look at that part of the menu and just ordered what my companion did because it sounded good and I'm indecisive,) the server suggested Caesar of the two salad options. I didn't realise that the portobello burger had them too, and forgot to ask just in case, but she came back to ask if I had an allergy to onions, to which I said "No I just can't stand them."The other person I was with also ordered a portobello burger and only theirs had onions in it.The number of times there's unexpected onions in my food, sometimes because they don't even list them on the menu entry (not sure if that was the case here, I didn't see that part of the menu myself,) is frustrating, and if it's in the dish after asking for it to be left out, it straight-up kills my mood and appetite. The server that helped our table prevented that, and I appreciated that so much I couldn't stop crying for most of the time I was there.I think she deserves a raise. I didn't get her name, but she's petite and was wearing a black sleeveless dress with a slit on one side

Winston’s would be a 10/10 if they had half decent service. they have like two waitresses working on a friday night and the customers are left frustrated, hungry, thirsty, and unsatisfied. and i’m sure the waitresses are frustrated too. it’s unfair to them and to the clientele to leave all of that responsibility of waiting on a large room of people with so little support. the food and atmosphere are great and Winston’s would be a great place to be if they had more people on staff.

This was my worst dining experience. We were a group of 8 friends. Our waitress was so rude, and she claimed that we ordered 5 plates of hot wings when we didn't (we are black if that matters). The food had not even arrived at our table and we were about ordering when she told us that. Throughout the visit she made us uncomfortable by slamming drinks & plates on the table, and making jabs at us (she rudely said to my friend "it's called a sunny side not a pitch beer"). The manager was equally unprofessional.

It has been clear for a very long time that Winston's management does not support their serving staff. The servers work really hard, but they are totally on their own out there, so if it is slightly busier than anticipated, expect very slow service.

The theme and setting is vibrant. I enjoy playing vlts at Winston's because they have these 'blockers' on both sides of the machine so it gives you a sense of security and privacy. The staff are like any other person, you give and show respect they give it back.

It's really sad that the few times I've been here has had horrendous service. The beer menu is top of the line and the food is pretty decent but it's hard to enjoy any of that when youre checked on every 45 minutes.Last time we went there was a small group of 5 of us that we had booked a reservation for. The three staff on shift sat behind the bar for 5 minutes chatting before addressing us and had no idea about any of the reservations.
