Stopped in because I travel a lot and I love supporting small
Mom and pop restaurants. Everything was clean and cozy. I had dry ribs and a side Caesar salad. The waitress was very attentive and the owner was very nice to talk too. Extra points for the Pomegranate Kronos brand candy, not many Greek places carry them.
I’ll definitely be back.

I had a beef dip, I would not recommend it. The beef was dry, the bun was dry and the "ay jus" was terribly salty. The wife had a Chicken burger, which was very good. Nicely kept restaurant. Sever was very good except a little late checking on quality of our meals.

Came across this restaurant while traveling through Swift Current. Glad we stopped here. Shared a delicious pizza and caesar salad and chocolate volcano cake for dessert. The waitress, Teagan was very friendly and the owner came by a couple of times as well and chatted with us, very friendly. Awesome to find a family run business with excellent food and service.

A restaurant I go to every time I am in Swift Current. Because I grew up in Gull Lake, it was a go-to back in the day, almost every time we visited Swift Current. This is going back more than 50 years now. Obviously we enjoyed it, or we wouldn't have continued to go back. We have a girl's weekend once a year now, and it was a place we went to every time we were in town.
We were greeted quickly, and taken to a booth up top, last booth at the very back, closest to the washrooms/kitchen.
The server brought us waters, and came back soon afterwards to get our order. The coffee and pop came quickly, but the drink my daughter ordered (which was in the menu) did not. The waitress told her she couldn't find the bartender to make the drink, and then after a long period of time, she came back and apologized saying they couldn't find this certain kind of vodka that the drink required. My daughter then ordered a different drink, (which was on the feature table topper), and was made incorrectly, missing one of the ingredients that was listed on the table topper. My daughter felt bad complaining, so she just drank it. - please note, none of this was the server's fault...
Our food came fairly fast. I ordered a mozza mushrooms burger with fries. I immediately noticed grease on my plate beside the burger. The mushrooms were oozing in whatever they were cooked in, and the bun was disgustingly soggy. When I went to cut the burger in half, so much more grease came out, absolutely gross. Then after I cut my burger in half, I discovered there was a bit of pink in it. I'm not one to freak out about that, and at first there wasn't much, so I ate part of it. As I got closer to the middle, the hamburger patty was cold, and half red. I did not say anything because I was full anyhow. The fries were excellent though! The gravy was terrible, served in a tiny plastic ramikin, it was lumpy, and had no taste. If I could rate my meal, it would be a zero, not a 1 which is the lowest option.
My daughter ordered a pizza (she had them before and loved them) so she was looking forward to having it. She asked the server for a "little bit" of extra sauce. The pizza was served with so much sauce, it was oozing on the plate as she took a piece. It was terrible. Apparently they don't know what a little bit means. She did not complain about this either.
My sister had a pizza as well, she didn't say anything about it being really good or really terrible, so I am thinking it was just ok.
Note: during this time, the server had come back and filled my pop, and brought coffee. She also asked if everything was alright, (as I said we did not complain), so we said yes.
After we were finished, the owner came over and asked how it was. We said it was good (by this time we could tell he was a jerk, and not nice to his servers, we didn't want to get her into trouble because she was awesome, so again we said nothing). Being from out of town, paying for a hotel and food, eating out is definitely the most expensive part of the trip.
My sister had said something like that, not meaning his restaurant but just in general, and he went off on her. He angrily (and with a raised voice) said he hoped she wasn't talking about his place, that his prices were very competitive. He went on and on. As I said earlier, we were up top, so the stairs to go down were right there. He was still talking in a raised voice as he walked backwards down the stairs. The three of us just started at each other for a second, like what the hell was that? And since when do owners talk to their patrons like that?
A terrible experience.
I hope the owner reads this.. I know you probably don't care, but if one person reads this, and decides against going to your establishment, then posting this was worth it. You were terrible to us, and you should be embarrassed. You are not the only restaurant in town.

stopped in on our road trip home from Alberta. Probably the best idea of the day! The food was delicious and reasonably priced. All the staff was very friendly and while there was an issue with the computer, the staff quickly notified us and honestly, we received our food in no time at all (we wouldn't even have known there was an issue if we weren't informed). we would definitely eat here again next time we visit Swift Current. Great food, Great staff, 10/10!

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening, our meal and the great service. Be sure to try grandmother’s Greek pudding for dessert.
