I ordered a strawberry milkshake without whipped cream. I received a milkshake WITH whipped cream and it was so thick I was not able to eat it with the straw! It tasted strawberry essence.

My last experience was not at all good. I ordered a brownies explosion sundae style but it was not the same like I had before as there was just 1 small piece of brownie in that and I even complained about that by going into the store and inspite of changing my order the girls said that they had put good amount of brownie chunks in it but it was almost nothing in it. It was not worth the price that I paid including the tip. I didnāt enjoy getting a dessert this time.

Me and my girlfriend recently went down to get a treat, my girlfriends order was right but I did not get the banana in the banana split I ordered which was kinda disappointing cause I would've gotten anything else If I knew that.
Ordered chocolate ice cream, came back and said they didnāt have chocolate .. so we ordered another flavour. The girl then again comes back and says we donāt have that either. I politely asked for my money back. They brought back the wrong amount .. couldnāt even get the refund correct! Very ignorant about the whole thing too! Will never be back!

Staff were very sweet & friendly. Exciting to see lactose & dairy free icecream options. Very affordable. We went for a round of minigolf too. Four stars instead of 5 only because the minigolf course is fairly cramped.
