Their customer service does not reply regularly and they didn't credit missing gift card and rewards to account. This was after they had first said they would send the gift card by mail and then by email.

I'm going to balance this in a few ways when I ate here. The service was absolutely fantastic and worthy of 5 stars. An employee even came to check in. The atmosphere was wonderful too.

That being said, this was probably one of the worst Edo Japan establishments that I have been to for quantity of meat and vegetables in the dish. I don't mind spending a little extra but I truly was left wanting here - felt like a half portion rather than a full one. After visiting many Edos, this is the one I would recommend the least when it comes to value.

Meet was an awesome server! The food was great and came quickly. My pocky were stale tho ): would recommend checking the expiry dates (this would be on me, but there were none that werent expired)

One of our favorite places in Swift! Can never go wrong with Edo food and the service at this location is always so fast and super friendly!

People are nice but food wasn't fresh. Almost like it was left outside for too long and it started to turn.
I hope it was one time thing but I don't think I'll be giving it another try.

The food here was so good and the people made the place amazing, especially a worker named Rochelle!

While waiting for my food to be cooked noticed a person in the back with gloves on pick up several pieces of broccoli up and place them back. When I got it home I looked at it and didn’t even eat it cause it had a bunch of burnt stuff from the grill on everything like the grill hadn’t been cleaned.

The food was absolutely delicious, each dish bursting with flavor, and the staff made us feel right at home with their friendly service. Truly a spectacular dining experience!
