The food was delicious, the employees were friendly and not only patient with our indecisiveness but also with the fact that my son pushed the emergency button in the bathroom. They fixed it without any comments and understood. Amazing place to eat.

I wanted to do something nice for my father/ grandfather today. I knew they were headed into Popeyes from the farm.
I called to ask if I could e-transfer to pay for their meal.

I know my family is going to be over the moon with dinner today.

Food took a long time. It took longer than we were told by about 15 minutes, it was 6:30 pm on a Friday and no one else was there right at that time. Staff was sharp and seemed annoyed. The fries and biscuit was good. Chicken had grease literally running out of it, even when you got to the middle of the piece. Grease was literally running on the table and clothes when trying to eat it. I am 60 and have never seen anything like it before. This is not exaggerating. Chicken had zero taste. Women's washroom was not working so hard to use men's and it was dirty, especially the sink.

Very very disappointing. We won't be returning.

The worst onion rings i have ever had . Soggy and dripping in grease and it took forever to get my order . Definitely will not be returning

Everytime we order online they tell us to wait up to 20 min, when it's time to pick up, then they start on our order??? Then wait again. We learned this in 2019, It's better to go there and order in person, faster this way than ordering online. But...you can't claim for rewards this way??? Wtheck! I'm not tech savvy and Looks like they aren't too.

Why are there no typical Canadian workers here? Like walking into a Tim Hortons. This is Canada right? Food is the same. Just strange that there seems to be no local kids working here.

The oil temp must have been close to room temp. Absolutely disgusting.
Onion rings were falling apart in their container.

Stranger no Christmas decoration!
Popeyes is one of my favourite places to eat. I like the food as always but I missed Christmas vibes
