Very clean. Great staff and excellent food. Soup was delish.
The food was decent, service was great! The atmosphere felt a little like an institution. Overly bright. Not very much to see around the restaurant, considering the grand wall space.
We were there on May 7th for supper the hostess was very friendly and courteous which was a good thing we had to ask her to go get a waitress so we could order I ordered soup to start after 20 minutes asked the hostess if she could go see where the soup was she brought it out then when the food finally came it was cold not a good experience at all thank goodness for the hostess or we probably would have walked out
U wait for ur food for 2 hours n it still isn't that good

The coffee was good, but it took a full 15 minutes after the server asked about drinks.
The servers were cheery and in a good mood.
The place was busy but that is to be expected a couple shopping days before Christmas.
While the Mozza burger didn't have much Mozza, it did have a couple little fried Mozza sticks and onion rings inside. This made it impossible to eat without a knife and fork.
The interior at the new mall location was bright and industrial. That makes it easy to see things and take photos!
Would give it negative if could service is completely terrible waitresses are rude completely incompetent avoid

I had the Salisbury steak was a little overcooked, the wife had the cutlets. Cutlets were very overcooked, the ends were actually curved upwards. This was a Sunday at lunch and they were busy so we'll give them a pass on this

Worse service ever. Completely messed up my order . I had ordered an omelette with no cheese and with bacon. But they brought it with cheese and no bacon. I feel like one star is too much rating. Definitely don’t recommended this place .
