Wow soo loud! I'm hard of hearing and it was so loud! The acoustics are horrific! While the staff seem to enjoy them self and are friendly, food was good. The environment was so loud and the staff are yelling the whole time. It sounds like I'm eating in a gymnasium with a bunch of kids screaming as loud as they can and then it's echoing like crazy! While it's a nice space visually i wouldn't eat a meal in the new space. They need sound dampening wall hangings or something!

Bathroom very dirty and tables are sticky. Not sanitary. This is a new location rather disappointed in the cleanliness.

I hadn't visited the new location so I figured I would pop in with my kiddos this evening. Two workers behind the glass seemed pleasant. I was going to use the washroom but upon entering I noticed how filthy it was. Garbage was overflowing you could tell it wasn't being cleaned properly. I walked out instantly. I also noticed food and garbage laying around on the floors and tables. I had mentioned my disgust to the two ladies behind the counter. The one girl said o it's super busy location. It couldn't have been that busy if we were your only customers.

This new location is very clean and beautiful on the inside. The sandwich was excellent, however they didnt have any other bread other than whole wheat an white which was upsetting. The customer service really needs some work here, the workers are extremely grumpy and seem to be irritated by customers.

Fresh ingredients, customizable sandwiches, and quick service make this Subway a dependable choice for a meal on the go. The bread is always soft, veggies are crisp, and the staff prepare orders just the way you ask. Store is clean and well-maintained. Only small downside is that peak times can mean a short wait, but overall a solid stop for a healthy bite.

I came to this subway from Calgary going to back to Winnipeg , and I stopped here to eat and the worker don’t ever know how to smile and they have rudeness in their tune , me my family we asked for our footlong to be toasted and it was like never been touch by the oven they put it for a sec and took it out I did not notice it , while I’m ordering they are looking at me in very confused face and it’s looks very uncomfortable for me it’s like they are saying hurry up and pick faster , and before they charge me they start talking in their language not that I care but the moment they start talking it was unnecessary and uncomfortable for me
Sorry for my long review I thought I would share for other people to not expect high hopes from a subway it’s more like convenience store sandwiches

Walked in expected them to be open since there was still 10 minutes left. Nope all the foods packed up and there closed. If you close at 9:50 then just state that.
Stopped at this Subway on our way to Calgary and had a really bad experience. The two staff working, Janry and Aldrin, were extremely rude. I was trying to order through the Subway app for the buy one get one for $1 deal, but the app wasn’t working. I asked them for help and instead of offering any kind of support, they just laughed at us and started talking to each other in their own language. It felt like they were making fun of us.
They didn’t care at all about helping or treating us with respect. Honestly, it felt like we were bothering them just by being there. It was uncomfortable and frustrating. This is not how customers should be treated.
Subway needs to seriously train their staff at this location. No one should be treated the way we were.
I suggest don’t ever go to this subway.
Horrible subway. Lettuce is brown, tomatoes are mush, everything else is frozen. Stopped while driving through, didn’t notice until we got to the next town and I went to fold the receipt up that I was charged an extra $14 for a sub we didn’t order.
This business denied me warming up my BABIES bottle so we stood outside and warmed it up then took our business elsewhere! The older lady definitely needs training in customer service or she's going to cost this subway a lot of business.
