Terrible atmosphere fire whoever is working at this time stamp not even an acknowledgement. I worked in the industry for 4 years and have never seen that display of garbage “customer service” if you can even use that word. They say there (2 OF THEM) and did one pick up order for 10 mins while I waited for them to EVEN say hello. Pathetic I may even just stop going to subways all around tbh Prairie Donaire is way better and great service.

I went their in evening and there was no customer. Cashier didn’t even greet us and it was very rude when we tried to place order, he said he is just working on online order. So we sat their for 7 minutes and he was wearing his headphones. Its disgusting for me. And we just left because we felt ignored. PLEASE TRIAN THAT GUY PROPERLY. And we had this same experience with him earlier too. PLEASE RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMER.

Absolute disgrace of a customer service experience at this Subway location. Arrived at 101 Central Ave. in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada, at 7:37 PM, expecting a simple and efficient service as we had pre-ordered through the app. However, we were met with nothing but hostility and incompetence from the employee on duty. Despite providing clear proof of our order, the individual behind the counter not only refused to fulfill it but also treated us with utter disrespect and rudeness.This employee's complete disregard for basic courtesy and professionalism is utterly unacceptable. It's deeply disappointing to encounter such appalling behavior, especially when we were simply expecting to receive the service we paid for. I strongly advise against patronizing this Subway location, as the abysmal customer service and lack of respect shown to paying customers are beyond redemption. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this establishment at all costs.

Pretty underwhelming place. The food is what you expect from a subway, but overpriced compared to other like fast food in town. I got laughed at while ordering my sandwich cause it was unusual (I usually have to put up with this in town). Definitely won't be going back, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't give it a try.
Went to this subway on our way to regina on june 15th morning. Neri made my sub exactly how I wanted it to be. veggie delite with pesto and grilled. Thanks Neri, your service was good. Area was clean to dine-in thanks!

I wish I could give a negative star review. She tried to put 5 prices of ham on a footlong, when my husband asked her politely and with a chuckle "how many pieces of meet go on a six inch she said "oh" stared at him and added 3 more and then proceeded to man handle the sandwich to the point of no bottom bun and swimming in sauce..then wrapped it worse then she prepared it! Hope that lady is gone soon ? hate when normal franchises have people like that allowed to work them with so little care of reprocusions to the actual company.

I order here semi frequently as it is close to my work. Every time I ask an addition to my wrap that is paid for they never put it on. If the staff could pay better attention to the order and do it correctly I would rate this place higher
