Half the time it seems like they forget to change the grounds and the coffee is like brown water. Not great for a place who's whole thing is coffee.

I ordered the Chicken Craveables from this location, and the chicken inside was extremely hot and almost burned my mouth. It didn’t seem properly cooked or crispy — it honestly felt like they just microwaved it.

We just visited this tim hortons and we decided to get our order from drive through but we waited for 5mints and no one was saying anything i was like no one were working even we called”Hi there” but still no response so we decided to walk in and we went in , the atmosphere in there was not nice i can’t explain but it was notgood experience today

Compliant:I visited your tims today and had an unpleasant experience with one of your employees. I asked for scrambled eggs instead of specifically saying “New Ryan Box,” and the male Filipino employee responded in a very rude tone and facial expression. I understand there may have been a misunderstanding with the order, but the way he spoke to me was unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers should be treated with courtesy, regardless of how they phrase their order. I hope this issue is addressed appropriately to ensure a better experience for others in the future
