“Tisdale Subway Rocks. Wife phoned in an order for pickup because she was having trouble with the app. We live 20 miles out of town but I was headed in for groceries anyway. Picked up order, they were so friendly. Drove home, opened up our subs to find they had made major mistakes (no meat on one, completely wrong sub on the second and the third one bang on so 1/3).Called to inform of their mistake, agreed to call manager and call back with solution. Immediately headed back to location. They called my wife back and were extremely apologetic according to her text. Told me to come back and they would make it right.When I got there they recognized me immediately. Made my subs the right way and threw in a cup of soup for my troubles. Thank you Tisdale Subway for restoring my faith in Subway!As Happy Gilmore once said, " Tisdale Subway is a Hole in One!"”
