I was disappointed with my recent visit to this Tim Hortons. The service was slow, my order wasn’t prepared correctly, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant didn’t meet expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve customer service and attention to detail

I get very upset when I order food and specifically state no tomatoes and they never listen. I’m allergic to tomatoes, and now I don’t get to enjoy my food because of the tomato, so thanks for that waste!

In a time when food costs are constantly rising, one would expect a certain level of quality for their money. Unfortunately, Tim Hortons in Tisdale, fails to deliver on this expectation. My recent experience was nothing short of a complete waste of money and time.
At peak breakfast time… when you would think everything would be fresh, you’d be wrong. I ordered a latte that was delivered a very deep brown in colour, tasted like straight espresso, indicating a complete lack of milk and poor preparation. What I thought would be a hot meal turned out to be a collection of cold items: a freezing cold hash brown, an untoasted bagel, a cold egg, and cold bacon. Having to go home and reheat food that was meant to be enjoyed fresh is poor. Being on the road and having to enjoy your cold meal and crappy coffee, absolutely unacceptable.
This Tim Hortons location is, without a doubt, one of the worst I have visited. The complete disregard for quality and customer satisfaction is disgusting. Get your act together, Tim Hortons Tisdale, and start providing the service and food quality that customers are paying for.

It took 10 minutes for them to make put butter and cream cheese on a toasted bagel. Then the lady handed to a customer inside, I then watched said customer open the bag, breathe all over said bagel and hand it back to them watch them walk it over to the window to me. When I asked if someone touched this, they lied and said no even though I watched from the window that that was untrue. Very unhappy, I do not need others with unwashed germy hands touching my meal. Thanks!
