Quick/friendly/fast staff at drive thru. Nice the staff double checked our order and made sure it was correct.Wish for staff to ask me if I want whipcream or not.I am lactose intolerant, so the whipcream on my icecap made with oatmilk should have been an indicator. But I appreciate the sentiment that whipcream is standard build.Everything bagel w herb/garlic was burnt and cream was poorly spread. Would have appreciated it spread on the bread and not in the middle.Overall average experience, but I appreciate the friendly staff.

When I order a Bacon grilled cheese melt I expect it to have bacon, when I ask for a double double and not dark roast I don’t expect dark roast coffee. Service and manners need work.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free
Food gets messed up alot.Vegetarian options: They have this new dish that is pretty much vegetarian unless u add chicken to it.Parking: Good space for parking

What a disappointment! Total waste of $4.45. I would not recommend this item. Everything else is OK.

Been going almost everyday, posting this after entertaining 2-3 encounters. The morning staff is rude and rushing in taking orders and till serving, like there are 100 cars in drive thru.Except jonny(suppose thats his name).For reference- i worked at tim hortons and know well how customer service works in tim hortons.
