I ordered a small ice cream blizzard. It was supposed to have cream cheese cake and chocolate chunks. It had 3 pieces of cheesecake and one piece of chocolate. It was so disappointing. Why is it that everyone is cutting corners? 7$ for the blizzard!

I absolutely loved my experience at this Dairy Queen location. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our time there truly enjoyable. It was the perfect spot to spend quality time with friends while traveling. The food was of excellent quality, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive. I highly recommend visiting this location if you find yourself in the area.

Went for a late night treat on Saturday and all of our food was still hot by the time we got to our cabin. The poutine was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The guy who took our order and was working at the window was very polite and friendly. Will definitely be back!

Very poor customer service. Went there for supper last night 1/31/2024, with four volleyball players after their games, tired, thirsty and hungry. The guys at the till said that soft drinks are not available but still took our order of 5 meals with drinks, fries and sundae. He gave us 5 empty cups for the meal package that we paid for but since there is no soft drinks. I asked nicely if we can get at least half cup of another drinks but the second guys said no. He said we need to order separate and pay the whole amount, so rude when he explain how they informed the girls prior to ordering. I ended up cancelling the orders but paid for the sundaes since the girls touched them but left it all at the counter. We went to coop instead and ordered Chester chicken meal package - excellent meal and cheaper compare to what I initially ordered at DQ.

The staff are rude, never smile and treat you as an inconvenience. Never a welcome, hello, thank you or have a good day. Customer service is everything. I'm done supporting this business and the paychecks of such unpleasant staff.
Medium cone was running down my hand before I even brought it into the vehicle. Employee had chocolate all over his hand when he passed it to me. I hate to complain but this was definitely the worst DQ cone I have ever ordered.

This place has the most ungrateful, rude workers. No hello, no thank you, they don't answer your questions, no smiling and always miserable. One of the kids working there drives a dirt bike to work illegally too. Not only is the service painfully slow, you get a blizzard in a ripped cup, cold soggy fries and a microwaved burger after waiting 20 mins for a way too expensive meal.Parking: Parking lot accommodates, semi's, buses, caravan's, etc.
