We were in Wakaw for the Wheatland Express and saw this restaurant nearby. It looked like a combination Vietnamese/Pizza place, but one look at the giant menu made it clear it was more than that. Also, the prices were extremely reasonable.
I got the meal for 1, which included chicken balls, pork, and chicken fried rice. The rice may have been the best I've ever had!
The service was okay, but the atmosphere left something to be desires, with one seating area plunged in darkness, giving a bit of a creepy vibe. But if you can get past that, the food is definitely worth going for.

Just had the curry soup and noodle bowl. so delicious. we always get 100% food and service. However you want it they will make it for you! Very yummy!

DO NOT go to Uncle Barley's if You are Handicap or have any type of Disability as You will only be threatened and treated NO GOOD and was pushed around as I was. I left before I was Assaulted and to avoid a Fight as I would surely lose. 1 person was going to spend $45.00 min plus tip - me. Never again I do not Recommend this Establishment to any Disabled Person or Handicap as I am. The Owner just sat there and watched and said nothing. Trying to get something to eat is all I was trying to do. Shame on their Customers 2 of them actually. Very POOR Customers ruined their Sales of Food for me and for the future. Shame lovely place it seems.

Avoid. Most I've spent on the least amount of food in a long time. Didn't taste good, both meals were not good at all. We almost walked out but didn't want to be that type of person. Floors were dirty, cutlery was dirty. Not going back. Sorry but I'll drive farther for better.

We stopped going because the bathrooms were never cleaned properly (along with other areas in plain sight while you sit there and eat your meal), and if they are too lazy to clean their bathrooms i would guess their kitchen is much worse. Food was hit and miss as well!

Last 2 times we ordered dinner, the fresh rolls were small, the food not fresh. The chicken and vegetables had a weird jelly in the sauce as though not cooked through. Service took a long time.We are not going back.

I wouldn’t give it one star. Terrible food with a long wait. We waited an hour and a half for wonton soup that had 5 wontons with one piece of broccoli.

Took a Sunday drive from Saskatoon decided to hit up Uncle Barley's. We ordered ginger beef and vermicelli bowl. Food was fresh and hot when it came to the table and it was delicious! Staff were friendly and the place was clean! We will definitely be back.

Really good food and reasonably priced. Best burger i've seen for awhile!
