“I’ve had some rough visits to Taco Time before, but this time was awesome! The staff was super friendly, and the tacos were packed with fresh, delicious ingredients.

I’ve noticed some negative reviews about food poisoning, and honestly, I don’t understand it. It feels like some people just want to complain or get something for free. I’ve never had a bad experience like that, and it’s sad to see it overshadow the good.

“I would still go here IF I don’t deal with the guy (can’t miss him because he’s the only guy that work there, DON’T LET HIM TAKE YOUR ORDER/S) that works there. The ladies are awesome, the drink is still good. THE LEVEL OF DISRESPECT THAT WE RECEIVED FROM THIS GUY IS UNREAL! December 4th and 11th we received grumpiness and rudeness from that guy. Dec 4th, we asked for a warm milk tea and we politely asked him to change it to hot and he started getting grumpy because he couldn’t understand what we were saying, probably because of the mask or the language barrier, who knows. The manager/ team leader showed up and she explained to the guy that we want it hot, so he changed it. We ordered a double pearl for the same milk tea unfortunately we only received one because they ran out. No big deal, they told us that we’ll get free toppings on the next visit. December 11th, around 3 or 4pm, same guy, ordered the same milk tea drink with couple more drinks added, we noticed that our points didn’t go through from the previous visit. We should have got a free drink but we’re missing some points. So we told him that we should have a free drink from the points so we asked him why it didn’t go through. So he added points on my account so we have a free drink so I asked him if we can use it since we’re supposed to get it for this order. He said we couldn’t because we already ordered. So I told him we’ll just cancel our order to get the free drink ( this is no big deal for us if didn’t get the free drink but the way he handled us is what made me write this) then he started getting mad and shouted at us saying he’ll just get rid of the points that he gave to us! So me and my wife we’re shocked to receive this kind of treatment. We do have our own business but never treated our customers the way he treated us. So we gave him some “piece” of advise and I was so mad that I told him that the lady with the braids will take our order and I don’t want to have business with him. The female staff remembered us from the last visit so she handled our orders very well in spite of the commotion that happened. Very professional young lady. I talked to some customers about him and they said they SAME THING. GRUMPY, DISRESPECTFUL. So it’s not just us, there are others too. This serves as a wake up call for that guy.”

“I got in line and in about 30 seconds this larger guy finished my sandwich with 8 different ingrediants. Literal world record speed(I checked). Food tasted amazing especially the bread. Soft warm cookies were delicious and I had an ice cold diet pepsi. Overall my best Subway”
