We've eaten at multiple BTB places and this is by far the worse one we've been to. The lady at the counter was rude and not helpful at all we have a discount card and I had to ask her for it back and she never asked what type of bun we wanted. Got home and the burgers were way way over cooked and not very well put together, soggy and not balanced. We won't be back and I would recommend going to the one in Martensville it's worth the trip.

The ribs are good. But please put the amount in the box that you advertise. It says 10oz online and with the box it is only 8oz. Not trying to be too much of a Karen here. But for $11.00 it would be nice to have the few more ribs as it says on the menu.

Incredible food and even better service! Everything we ordered was delicious and clearly made with love and attention to detail. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was one hardworking employee who went above and beyond by surprising us with a deep-fried Oreo drizzled with maple syrup.
