“This is our go to place for the wife and I and it never disappoints. however we decided to order for pickup and it said will be ready for 6:20 - 6:25 so I was just about to leave the house and get a msg at 6:10 saying it's ready. we all know pickup is never as good at sitting at the restaurant but now the food sat there a extra 10min. burgers were still good but fries were not good at all. I think they need to work on the timing for online orders to be more accurate.”

“My wife and I and our little dog visited last Saturday. The burger was absolutely FANTASTIC, great fries and the lager was cold and tasty!!! If you live in Warman, GO THERE!! If you live close by, GO THERE!! Tom and his staff are THE BEST!!”

“Stopped in Warman a couple weeks back while road tripping through from out east, and the staff at the counter were genuinely friendly even with a busload of us showing up around 6pm on a Friday. Went with the Meat Lovers pan pizza and it came out hot and fresh way faster than I expected for how packed the place was. The dining area was clean and had a comfortable, low key vibe, nothing fancy but exactly what you want after a long day of driving. Parking right out front made the stop easy too, and honestly it set a good first impression of the town for us.”

“I like the chicken here. Not too greasy compared to others. Has a nice crunch. Mild is very good and the spicy stuff has just the right amount of heat. They give you lots of sauce if you want to add more.”

“I would still go here IF I don’t deal with the guy (can’t miss him because he’s the only guy that work there, DON’T LET HIM TAKE YOUR ORDER/S) that works there. The ladies are awesome, the drink is still good. THE LEVEL OF DISRESPECT THAT WE RECEIVED FROM THIS GUY IS UNREAL! December 4th and 11th we received grumpiness and rudeness from that guy. Dec 4th, we asked for a warm milk tea and we politely asked him to change it to hot and he started getting grumpy because he couldn’t understand what we were saying, probably because of the mask or the language barrier, who knows. The manager/ team leader showed up and she explained to the guy that we want it hot, so he changed it. We ordered a double pearl for the same milk tea unfortunately we only received one because they ran out. No big deal, they told us that we’ll get free toppings on the next visit. December 11th, around 3 or 4pm, same guy, ordered the same milk tea drink with couple more drinks added, we noticed that our points didn’t go through from the previous visit. We should have got a free drink but we’re missing some points. So we told him that we should have a free drink from the points so we asked him why it didn’t go through. So he added points on my account so we have a free drink so I asked him if we can use it since we’re supposed to get it for this order. He said we couldn’t because we already ordered. So I told him we’ll just cancel our order to get the free drink ( this is no big deal for us if didn’t get the free drink but the way he handled us is what made me write this) then he started getting mad and shouted at us saying he’ll just get rid of the points that he gave to us! So me and my wife we’re shocked to receive this kind of treatment. We do have our own business but never treated our customers the way he treated us. So we gave him some “piece” of advise and I was so mad that I told him that the lady with the braids will take our order and I don’t want to have business with him. The female staff remembered us from the last visit so she handled our orders very well in spite of the commotion that happened. Very professional young lady. I talked to some customers about him and they said they SAME THING. GRUMPY, DISRESPECTFUL. So it’s not just us, there are others too. This serves as a wake up call for that guy.”

“Standard everyday order, but for some reaaon today Imie decided that I was only entitled to 1 tea bag instead of the usual 2 !?? Was that because I chose not to tip for a picked up order? I would certainly hope not”

“Great place, staff is always friendly and polite. Order quite frequently and never have any issues. Only gripe I have is when you ask for extra seasoning on Cheesey bread and they never do it.”
