“Asked for a coffee to bring me back from the dead and the lovely barista fulfilled my request, typically caffeine does nothing for me event he gross expresso monsters don't work, but the Gr Van Sc Ncb Pistachio Cf Sltd Bm Btr 10/10 brought me to life. Also thank you to the lovely barista who took my order and recommended it, didn't catch his name but give that man a raise FOR SURE. Order was at 3:20PM Feb 12, 2024. He had a lovely Cross earring.“
“On of the nicest Tim Horton's I have ever been to!I have only been here once! But this was my experience.If you're passing through I'd highly recommend stopping here.Clean and well maintained, nice historical plaques, posters, and memorabilia that would Make Tim Horton himself proud. If you're passing through and are a hockey fan, I'd at recommend stopping here to at least take a look.Only downsides were the staff weren't warm and welcoming enough to make the exchange a 5 star experience (not to say they were bad) but this is fast food and since I have had high end coffee houses totally ignore me other than to take my money to exchange it for what I ordered, so I don't really expect people in a rush to be overly polite and make me feel welcomed. However, it would be a nice touch to a small town coffee shop and complete that 5 star experience we all desire.“
“Always good food, sometimes they mess up my orders and maybe give me the wrong meal.**Update: seems that nearly every time I order something here I end up with the wrong order or food. Just as an example I ordered some Mcdoubles and fries few weeks ago and ended up with burgers with lettuce and tomato on them with no sauces. I ate it because I was already at home and didn't want to have to pack up the family to come back to fix the order.“
“drive thru is nice an fast but only time I went in was painfully slow, legit left the front of the line to hit up the drive thru instead ? so ild rate drive thru 5 stars but indoor service like 2, it seemed like they were nice... but omg XD too slow for someone who hussles all the time just hurt my head haha. indoor renovation looks real nice tho“
“Got a really good customer service from an Indian girl who worked yesterday afternoon from the backend who took my order. Rare to see such welcoming and polite attitude in other Tim Hortons locations. One other girl who works in Front end is also good at customer service. Appreciated for putting such staff.“
“My sister and I walked in pretty late the other night and you’d expect most staff to be exhausted by that time of night however if you walk in and ever get the true honour of meeting a staff member named Ryan you will get the best customer service you have ever had at any 711. He goes above and beyond from helping you decide when u can’t choose which late night snacks to pick from when there’s just so many ???? to just a genuinely friendly conversation!! He makes the 711 in Martensville one of my favourite places to go ???? so thank you Ryan!!“
“First time at this location. I gave 5 stars just due to the fact the donuts were so fresh and my husband could have his favourites. Also, if you like decaf like me... it was not watery. And, this location is much quieter than others, so parking and wait time was better than average.“
