They’re microwaving burger no way ketchup should burn your mouth just from being on a fresh patty… bun also falls apart. Just make fresh food not hard.

I ordered the chicken sandwich and this is the second time it happened with me i am so disappointed because of the the chicken patty in it. it feels like its too old and so oily can’t even have a single bite of it. I hope they improve it after my review.

Unexpectedly we stopped in on our way to the lake for a quick meal. Compared to other BK this place was clean . The bathrooms were clean. The burgers were fresh and the fries hot. And we only waited about 3 minutes. We’ve waited at other BK much longer for cold food.

Came here at 10:50 am and it’s supposed to be open at 7am and for some reason the doors were locked and there was no one around. Really disappointed and upset. This place is definitely not being run by someone who cares and they need to be talked to or fired

Picked up a mobile order through the drive-thru, and both the person at the window and the person that brought my food out afterwards were both incredibly friendly and helpful!! This kind of treatment from employees makes it no issue at all to wait a few minutes for food :)

Went in and 4 staff were there. Only 1 was working while the other 3 were standing around ignoring customers (it wasnt even busy !). Food was ok but literally took awhile for someone to acknowledge us (the one guy actually working was working the grill while the other 3 talked to each other). I suggest you hire more people like your one worker who actually understands customer service

I'm not crazy on BK food, but this place is the best fast food restaurant in Warman... which isn't saying much. They make your order correctly, and the food comes out hot. Take note Warman McDonald's.
Placed an order for nuggets and jr chicken, got to the window and was handed the food after paying. It was microwave hot and yesterday dry... Both were 100% reheated from yesterday's throwaway. The lettuce was microwaved, nuggets were shrivelled... To burn my mouth on dried up rubbery day old chicken just reminded myself why I don't go to BK anymore. $7.85 flushed away.

I went to the Warman location with my family for dining and saw that the ac was not working there and after we decided to go macdonalds for dining . my family got so disappointed. The employees there were seems like sweating . I hope they will fix the AC as soon as possible so that customer does not get dissatisfied.
