THEY WONT BRING IN ZESTY SAUCE BECAUSE IT'S TOO EXPENSIVE?! ISNT THAT WHY WE GET CHARGED FOR SAUCE? It's not Burger King without it. Last time I ordered one Buffalo and one ranch... got charged and no sauce in my bag when I arrived at home 25 minutes later....

Absolutely disgusting service at the drive thru window. I left feeling extremely judged because I had two dogs in my back seat, the employee acted as if I had some extremely contagious viruses. He even told me he wasn't scared, I also reassured that they were harmless. He even went as far as closing the window making a rude comment then opened it again and proceeded to stand there and make comments about how first it was the rodeo people going through and now he has to deal with people with dogs.

They’re microwaving burger no way ketchup should burn your mouth just from being on a fresh patty… bun also falls apart. Just make fresh food not hard.

I ordered the chicken sandwich and this is the second time it happened with me i am so disappointed because of the the chicken patty in it. it feels like its too old and so oily can’t even have a single bite of it. I hope they improve it after my review.

Unexpectedly we stopped in on our way to the lake for a quick meal. Compared to other BK this place was clean . The bathrooms were clean. The burgers were fresh and the fries hot. And we only waited about 3 minutes. We’ve waited at other BK much longer for cold food.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo it was prepared quickly. The bun and toppings were fresh and the chicken was an actual chicken breast filet.

Came here at 10:50 am and it’s supposed to be open at 7am and for some reason the doors were locked and there was no one around. Really disappointed and upset. This place is definitely not being run by someone who cares and they need to be talked to or fired

Picked up a mobile order through the drive-thru, and both the person at the window and the person that brought my food out afterwards were both incredibly friendly and helpful!! This kind of treatment from employees makes it no issue at all to wait a few minutes for food :)
Went in and 4 staff were there. Only 1 was working while the other 3 were standing around ignoring customers (it wasnt even busy !). Food was ok but literally took awhile for someone to acknowledge us (the one guy actually working was working the grill while the other 3 talked to each other). I suggest you hire more people like your one worker who actually understands customer service
