I used to really love this place especially when they were just starting. It has been very good. Lately the service has been going downhill, and so has the quality of their drinks. I tried going a few times before giving this review as I wanted to give this place a chance.
Just today I got a drink that's supposed to be ice cold (as it was an iced milk tea). It was very warm. And the most disappointing part was the pearls. It tasted half-cooked. It was the worst I've ever had. It was just sad. I contemplated going back to bring it to their attention but since this isn't the first time, thought it would be pointless. I just tossed it in the garbage (I felt really bad) and went to a different milk tea place instead.
Sadly I won't come back anymore. :(

Hello, I am a regular customer at your store and have always enjoyed your drinks and service. Unfortunately, during my last visit on [August, 30] today at 8:20 PM, I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a Chatime Milk Tea without realizing that it does not automatically come with boba, and the staff member who took my order did not ask if I wanted to add it. When I picked up our drinks at 8:31 PM, I was shocked to find my drink had no boba. I politely asked if I could add it and said I was willing to pay, but the staff member refused and told me the store was closed. His response was very rude and disrespectful. Additionally, I had requested my drink to be made with 50% sugar, but it was not prepared as I asked. Even though I left a tip, my requests were completely ignored. I used to love this place and considered it my favorite spot, but I left very unhappy that day. I hope to meet with the manager soon to discuss this matter and receive a fair resolution. Thank you for your understanding.

The staff could be more friendly; the lady who took our order was not welcoming at all. When you pay $8 or more for a drink, it’s a reasonable expectation to receive a polite and welcoming smile. Very disappointed, not spending a dime here ever again!

Quiet place. Quick service. Poor guy seemed to be working solo during a big rush. They’re kinda inconsistent on the amount of ice, even if you ask for less ice. Tasty boba though.

I just bought roasted milk tea. To be honest, it is really bad, it tastes like water with cream powder, there is no tea at all. And no flavors either. I dont know how you guys do business like that. Not recommended to buy from this location.
A very bad experience! The 30% sugar and 50% sugar we ordered tasted the same, not sweet at all, and were very unpleasant. I won’t order it again in the future.

I love this store’s bubble tea, but the customer service is so so poor. The workers are unfriendly and very cold. I visit this store quite often and am frequently disappointed in the service. I feel that the manager is very unaccommodating. They advertise their birthday promotion (free drink for members with an account). I went in on my birthday because I am a loyal costumer and have been a member for many years and was denied the free drink for not having received the text (even though it clearly showed it was my bday in my account settings). Very disappointing that no accommodation was offered nor any solution to fixing the issue for future years.

This place is going downhill. I’ve been to other in Chatimes in Canada where I had excellent experiences but this one is the worst. Service is poor, the wait times are so long (it seems like nothing is premade) the staff don’t listen or don’t care (adding sugar when I don’t want sugar, not adding ice when I want ice, making the wrong size), the pearls are undercooked, the atmosphere is depressing. I will be surprised if this place lasts much longer.
