Went to get a Valentine’s Day cake. Barely any cake selection to begin with. Waited at the counter for a few minutes, heard people talking and laughing. No one came up. Left without getting anything. Going to the martensville location, maybe they can help me

I ordered a medium sundae, what I got was basically a thing of ice cream with just a little of the flavour syrup. It was just disappointing and a pathetic excuse for a sundae. What a ripoff

They don’t treat people very good the staff is very bad
Really rude and aggressive staff haven't seen staff like this before. Treating drivers badly I wouldn't be coming back here again

The order person in drive thru wouldn’t give me a minute to decide. I kept saying I was deciding and he kept saying anything else. The person at the window didn’t want to be there. My sons ice cream wasn’t filled properly
Food was good, however i couldnt understand a word from the drive thru person. He was mumbling all the time.
3pm on a Wednesday. Walk into an empty restaurant. Nobody to take my order. Wait alone for 5 minutes and nobody is here. Walked out and went someplace else.
