By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Order a single meal? Pull ahead to the next window. One burger? Pull ahead to the next window. A coffee? Pull ahead to the next window. Expect to be in the drive through at least 15-20 mins for any order, and then budget another 15 mins to go back to have them correct what they didn't include or got wrong.

You'd actually save yourself time and a headache if you drove to a Saskatoon location instead. How they still have a franchise license is beyond me.

My husband and I have been going here for almost two years now and as of the last 3 months they’ve been missing stuff or giving us something else entirely. Their wait time isn’t bad in the drive thru, but on several occasions we’ve ordered plain cheeseburgers for them to have everything else on it and it completely ruins my husband’s appetite. Fries are a total mixed bag. Sometimes they’re fresh other times they’re stale with no salt or in rare occasions the fries are cold! The same thing goes for their nuggets which have been a bit stale lately. They get the sauces right most of the time, but today I got something totally different than what I asked for. Sadly it seems the only thing they get right are which drinks you order. The staff is sweet and nice and I know mistakes happen, especially in the fast food industry, but it just seems like every time we go something always goes wrong.

Yes of course someday there isn’t enough staff and yes they can be slow at times but all the employees are very nice people to get to know

Didn't get what I asked for. 3 times in a row

Not enough staff for busy time.
Make orders late every time when I went to pick up.
Don’t give priority to Dine-in orders always give priority to drive-through.
Some of their staff don’t give respect and don’t talk politely.

My order gets messed up every time. Sometimes no straws with drinks , today no forks for poutine, asked for ketchup but didn’t get any, everytime I have to wait for about 20 mins. The main thing I think every restaurant knows is napkins are important but idk how they forget them every single time even after asking.

It's actually incredible how terrible this McDonald's is in every way . How they haven't wiped out the management and possibly even ownership by now I just can't understand. Took forever as always , order was wrong as always , cold by the time you get it as always . The syrup is empty on the ice tea and it tastes like dirty water, missing all the sauces for nuggets as always , even after asking twice lol. Time to get some new people that have a concept of how to run the place

Every single time I have went thru this drive through and literally order 2 meals at most, I have to wait for at least 10 minutes, usually close to 20-30. And this last time we waited 30 minutes for them to not even give us our full order and then had to go inside and ask for the rest, and wait another 5 for it. Terrible service.

Went through the drive through. Ordered a kids meal and the big rosti burger combo. Burger was missing beef not sure if anything else, no napkins in the bag and no receipt. Drove back and waited at an empty counter for someone, showed them issue was told okay and handed another one shortly
