Ordered hot and sour soup today for pick up. Horrible. All vinegar. Never again.

Wow, this is the worst Chinese food I've ever had, skip the dishes and straight to the garbage.
Chicken chow mein: Over cooked noodles that were complete mush covered in a bunch of brown sauce. I've never seen chow mein like this. I had to mix it together in a separate bowl.
Deep fried wonton: Were they pulled out of a soup and then deep fried? The inside was warm mush and the ends were over cooked crispy.
I'll never order here again.

Thank you so much Phoenix Restaruant & staff for a turly wonderful meal!My husband & I had an amazing lunch here today from our fabulous service all the way through our meals! He had the dinner for one with the chicken balls & sweet and sour pork with two Phoenix egg rolls, while I had one of their chef specialties: special rice noodle with chicken, shrimp & bbq pork & we hared an order of deep fried shrimp - YUM!! This was the absolute BEST chinese we have had in a very long time. I then topped it all off with their new Avocado milkshake - Wow! If you like avocado you have definitely got to try this one out ;)
Thank you so much Phoenix Restaruant & staff for a truly wonderful meal!

This used to be one of my favourite restaurants to order from and i was so excited to pick up my lunch today but was so disappointed that it is not how it used to be. The shrimp fresh rolls were the most surprising because they were open ended, cut in have and completely fell apart when picked up and there was very little shrimp. The Singapore noodles were hard to eat as they were overcooked and there were so many clumps of spice not mixed throughout that it made the dish very bitter. The least disappointing were the spring rolls as the flavor was good but even they were different sizes.
I never feel the need to write a review but for $31 of food that is so far from their standard it is necessary.

The only item we usually order from Phoenix is the crab Rangoon, as it’s the only place in town to get it. Warman wok was closed to so we tried here. Might have been the worst Chinese food we’ve had. Tried everything but we can’t eat it. Glad I made the rice at home! Won’t be going back.

I’m so disappointed. We thought we would give Phoenix a shot tonight and it is inedible. The chicken balls are basically deflated, the ginger beef is missing the beef and is just tiny pieces of crisps. (Maybe it was the bottom of the bag but it was not food anymore) And so greasy. Only good thing is the crab ragoons.

I ordered the lemon chicken dinner and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked, while the lemon sauce struck the right balance of tangy and savory without being overpowering. The flavors were fresh and vibrant, and the portion size was generous. It came beautifully plated with sides that complemented the dish perfectly. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this dish to anyone visiting the restaurant!

Would not order again. In the past we have been satisfied, but today we ordered take out and received a poor amount of food. My meal was supposed to include chicken and mixed vegetable, fried rice and s&s pork. Came home to find a half full box... 2 little pieces of broccoli, a couple pieces of bokchoy and about 1 cup of rice. Not impressed.

I got the Special Charbroiled Shrimp Noodle Bowl and the crab Rangoon. Ordered online they changed a $2 service fee to order pickup. No big deal but the portion seemed small for take out. They forgot my spring roll and the chicken was thin and dry the shrimp had a slight cocktail sauce taste. The Rangoon seemed to come out of a frozen pre made box but they were okay. Not inedible but a bit disappointed for $28
