I cannot begin to express how disrespectful this East Indian lady was towards myself because of her own mistake. She made me the wrong pizza, when I got home I called her, she said keep it and come get a fresh pizza. Never apologized, was extremely rude over the phone but when I went back to pick up my pizza, it wasn’t made, she decided to argue and continue on like I was lying about her making the wrong pizza. I got my daughter on FaceTime to show her the pizza and she still wanted to be rude, then made the pizza angrily although she was in the wrong. In all my years of ordering from different restaurants etc… I have never experienced such disrespect and ignorance from anyone like I did from this woman working here. What a shame to have someone like this ruin a business and not care about how she treats the customers. I’m still in shock and overwhelmed how I was treated! I promise you this, I will never come back here, furthermore I should have read all reviews before I came here. WOW

We usually enjoy the treat of Pizza Hut pizza, but not today. We ordered our pizza at 6:30p.m., it took an hour and a half to get our pizza, and by that time it was cold. We ordered 4 pizza's and only got 3. The driver had to turn around and bring us our 4th pizza. Our family is so disappointed with tonight's service.

Ordered 3 medium stuffed pizzas. Two were ordered with extra sauce and one with regular sauce. Upon biting into a slice, that should have extra sauce, it was clear it didn’t. I checked all three pizzas and they were all consistent in sauce. I called the location to inform them that the preparer should take better care in reading orders and they informed me that they used the right “scoop” for extra sauce and was informed that if I want more than “extra sauce” I need to come in or call in to explain. Just wanting to inform others if they appreciate a lot of sauce on their pizzas! ??
