I phoned in an order yesterday, and the gentleman taking the order came across somewhat rude. I ascribed it to possibly just being his accent and difficulty communicating, but when my wife picked up the order, he was even more rude towards her. We were pretty disappointed with such poor service at KFC in Martensville.
