Long time customers, but hadn’t been in a long time. An order of dry ribs and 2 pizzas to go! The food was excellent! Hot and fresh - satisfied our craving for dry ribs! The pizza was a bonus. There was a price discrepancy, but was quickly rectified with no hassle. We appreciate the promptness of correcting! Will order again. :)

Used to be decent pizza when we first moved we ordered it tonight and was thoroughly unimpressedSomething is definitely changed. Not sure if ownership has switched hands since we moved here not sure we order here ever again.

I gave Ringers a second chance after swearing off this business years ago. Unfortunately, it's gotten even worse.The owner is horrible to talk to over the phone and in person. Pushy, rude, has zero comprehension of what's being asked or said and couldn't comprehend or answer basic questions about an order. Also, watching videos on their phone is a higher priority than serving the customer standing in front of them.The pizza has somehow gotten more basic/thin for the price. None of the extras I paid for were on the pizza.What's the point of repeatedly asking for 2nd chances from customers on community pages when you do absolutely nothing to remedy this complete disaster of a business and management.You'll get much better quality food, service, and competence from the 16-year-olds working the Little Cesar's drive thru.

Use to be our go to pizza place when we first moved here and the pizza was great. Ordered today and I don't think we'll be ordering there again. Chicken bacon ranch pizza was un eatable, chicken tasted expired. The all meat pizza was the thinnest pizza I'd ever seen and didn't have the beef it was supposed to have.

Took 45min to make a pizza at 2pm in the afternoon. I even came to pick it up.Sauce was ok, but where was the chicken on the pizza? Many slices did not even have a single piece of meat.School-aged kid answering the phone needs to be coached on simple things like saying hi, repeating what the order was, communicating / enunciating clearly.So all in all, poorly managed - below average taste. Can't really do more than 2 stars unfortunately.
Our supper never came. I called half an hour after it was meant to show up and got yelled at that it was coming.

We used to love Ringers pizza and ordered often. Lately the quality has taken a nose dive. The cheesy bread tastes different and not for the better. We also really enjoyed the chicken bites. They used to come sitting in sauce. This time we ordered it came and only a few pieces drizzled with sauce. There wasn’t even any sauce sitting in the bottom of the container. To add insult to injury the delivery guy straight up asked for a tip! I like to pay online and give cash as a tip to the delivery person. He never even gave me time to hand him the tip before asking for it. I don’t think we will be ordering from Ringers again.
