Normally I have really good experiences at this location but today was horrible. I had preordered on my lunch as I usually do and by the time that I arrived 2/3 of my items were ready for me. A couple minutes go by and the lady (I hope was new otherwise I can’t make sense of how this happened) who was making the drinks gave the other customer who was also waiting there their drink (similar to mine but also not at all the same drink) meanwhile I see my cup get dumped down the drain and thrown out because she mixed it up with mine or something and had remade the other customers drink as she thought she messed it up but was actually just making my drink and then ended up completely skipping mine. She proceeds to make 3 other completely different drinks and at this point I’ve been there for nearly 10 minutes waiting so I ask about my drink to which her and I had a conversation about what drink I got and she seemed to understand I was waiting for my drink that she missed. I assumed she would start making my drink, but no. She started making the next customers drink and drinks for the drive thru. At this point, I’m angry because i am now running late when the whole point of preordering is to save time. I ask AGAIN, if i was getting my drink. The other employee asked her where my drink was, to which she replied “idk what she’s waiting for” and then was told to make my drink a priority. I was given a $4 off coupon for all of this which would have been nice had my drink that is $8 tasted okay but it tasted like literally just milk. Also to note, the customer who was served just before me but had ordered way after me also had her drink screwed up by the same employee. Not sure if she had just woken up or something but that was a terrible experience and I’m very upset that my $8 drink did not even taste remotely close to what I ordered.

I have yet to have a terrible experience at the Starbucks in Warman. Every employee greets me with a smile and genuine friendliness, making each visit feel welcoming. Archie stands out among the team. He consistently goes above and beyond to be personable, remembering regular customers and always making an effort to brighten your day. No matter how busy it gets, Archie never loses that friendly smile and positive energy. It’s clear that Archie cares about creating a great atmosphere for everyone. Starbucks Warman is lucky to have such a dedicated team member!

For the most part, the employees are FANTASTIC. The quality of the food and beverages exceed anywhere else. However, the managers do not understand their noise levels at an atomic level that absolutely astonishes me. The male manager talks loudly on his phone, walks around the store, sits where customers sit, and does not seem to understand professionalism. Hes kind and probably super wonderful, but its not only him. There have been meetings between supervisor and employee at the tables with customers that seem like private business. The personal things said and discussed loudly ruin the atmosphere.
You guys built this beautiful building with tables and plug ins for GUESTS, but you dominate it with your business matters. You need to build a staff room.
Furthermore, the LOUD talking and laughing behind the counter is understood because having fun at work is important, but be classy about it.
Im not sure what happened here. I am a frequent Starbucks visitor all around, and this location, in Warman, is the most obnoxious I have ever visited. I have gone 10 times before I called it quits.
I truly believe in this store. The employees get the job done. Everything is always clean and fresh and fabulous. But there is REAL work needed in the atmosphere you provide for guests. If you dont view us as guests, you need to get rid of your tables and have drive thru.

I always have positive experiences at Warman Starbucks! The staff are always nice and have great customer service, the wait for drinks is never long and they always get my drink right! The drink I get is pretty hard to mess up but still. Extra cudos to a staff member by the name of “Diego” for always ending the interaction with a “have a great day!”
