I had to ask about allergies before making and order. The server was very helpful and made sure to show me the ingredient labels on the foods and sauses before I made my order. It's extremely helpful to have people care about your allergies and dietary needs. Thank-you very much. Will definitely stop in here if I'm passing through again.

Ordered my food for take out and realized my wifeās food had stuff on it sheās very allergic too and brought it back in right after looking through both our meals and realizing neither were right. We were yelled at when we got in saying we were liars and that we put the food sheās allergic too in there ourselves too get a free meal which makes no sense since we already paid and kept saying it was half eaten already but we were driving in a car and didnāt even get home when we noticed it was wrong, they just gave a very small portion as we had other people we were with witness it too. After I explained 3 times that my wife is extremely allergic and could get very sick the one worker yelled how there a big corporation like ā McDonaldāsā and canāt fix it for us but will give us a coupon or 2 spring rolls and proceeded to gaslight us that we put the stuff in ourselves and put the ingredients sheās allergic too in there ourselves. When I took a picture of the food made wrong they told me there gonna get camera footage and use it against me and post me everywhere taking a picture of the food cause itās rude which is very illegal without consent and a form of harassment if they were to post something, and I gave them my name and information after they asked for it so they know my information and legally have no right in posting camera footage publicly of people unless your looking for identifying someone in which they already have all my contact info so that is a massive red flag for a employee to be threatening that too the customers. Right after yelling at us for 10 minutes that weāre liars about my wifeās health safety and that they canāt remake the food because there a too big of a corporation, They called the owner and he told me he can have them remake the food no problem ( even after the workers were adamant and rude saying they canāt remake it ) and he apologized for the situation. He even called me back too make sure everything was good and the food was made right and apologized for how we were treated. The food was good in the end and the owner is very professional and very helpful and cares for his customers but the staff definitely needs some customer service training as I donāt think you should be threatening customers with posting videos of them online and they couldnāt stop yelling and only cared when I brought up health and safety. Glad I got too deal with the owner in the end cause he was so nice and helpful and sorted everything out asap

We ordered Wor Wonton Soup, Kung Pao noodle box and Jungle Lemon Grass GF rice box. Our food was great! We had fine dine-in experience at this location. Staff served us the food and checked with us if everything is good. Great service!

Stopped by at this Wok Box location on my way back to Regina from PA. Ordered Pad Thai and Sweet Mongolian from the several selections available. The food was amazing, and the service was excellent, making a wonderful experience. Would for sure stop by at this location in future.

We stopped by Wok Box for a dinner. We ordered gluten-free Thai Red Curry, Ginger Beef, Crispy Orange Chicken and Sweet Mongolian. Excellent food! Our food was served in real crockery. Seems like dishes were prepped with lot of ā¤ļø. It was a little bit noisy because of the exhaust fan, but overall atmosphere was great.

If I could give it a 0 star I would. Lady had her 10 year old son working the till. I used a coupon to which they allowed. 2 minutes later the mom comes up to us and says we need to pay the money the coupon took off because it says Saskatoon locations (which we did not realize). Like take ownership of your mistake. I even tipped 20% before they did anything! Long story short sheās willing to lose $35 to save $9. The knowledge of this business owner sums up why our economy is the way it is. Bad customer service and unwise choices by a business owner. Assuming sheās the owner based on the fact she had her 10 year old son working the till. Did I mention she had her 10 year old son behind the counter? Lol

Brutal service. After paying for our meal using a coupon, she came to our table and asked for us to pay for the coupon amount cuz the coupon is only for Saskatoon!
Problem is that her 9 year old son was working at the till. Think thatās illegal?
We got our money back and left.

I ordered two regular Teriyaki Beef Bowls with udon noodles and an order of kimchi balls from Wok Box on June 12th around 7:30 PM, and the quality was extremely disappointing. The udon noodles were undercooked, the vegetables were very hard, and the bowls had no sauce at all just completely dry. The kimchi balls were burnt and unpleasant to eat.
I was passing through on a business trip and specifically chose Wok Box because itās a trusted chain Iāve enjoyed before. This experience did not reflect the quality I expect from the brand.
I also contacted Wok Box customer support directly after my visit and never received a response. Iām hoping to see better consistency and customer care moving forward, and I would appreciate some kind of follow-up or resolution, such as a voucher.
