Me and my son's girlfriend had planned to have lunch here today. I have an ESA. I have all the documentation for her on my phone. I have been here before with her and it's never been a problem. However today was the first time I ran into Mike himself, at least that's who I'm assuming it was. I've never seen any other gentlemen around the bar. I have been going to Mikes Beach bar for years and years. It is an awesome resort bar with friendly staff,lots of fun people, great food, drink specials, and good times. They are all so accommodating when you want to have a good time. Its one of my favourite happy places to go and be at and there are special events and beach volleyball all summer long. The deck is very cool, with great seating and views of the water and beach volleyball. Cary, the bartender, makes an effort to know your name and your drink. The service is excellent, and the portions are huge. Specials are offered, and the cocktails are a perfect choice. A gem in a small town, showcasing Manitou’s kindness and hospitality. One small suggestion: having a drink menu would be helpful for newcomers.
