Great food, and service. Very friendly staff. Angel has just the right mix of professionalism and humour. We will be back.
We had an okay stay at Manitou Mineral Springs, but there are a few areas that need attention. On the positive side, the check-in process was decent and the hotel was generally clean. We also noticed a significant improvement in the restaurant's food quality—we truly enjoyed our meals!
However, we encountered a few issues:

Other than lack of good AC in dining area on Sunday July 12 6pm our experience was top notch, super service from appys and cocktails thru main course and deserts after dinner ….only topped by fantastic service. Who would have thought orange ginger salmon could be so tasty - it was - try it.

The staff is praised for their excellent service, with servers being particularly notable. The restaurant provides great food at reasonable prices, with an atmosphere that goes above and beyond typical expectations.
The restaurant is well-attended and the breakfast offers a good selection and larger portions. The staff is timely, and the wait is appropriate. Customers have enjoyed meals such as the Texan Skillet, Thai chicken dish, and seafood penne, which are described as very flavorful and delicious. The restaurant's coffee is also praised as better than the hotel's.
