I believe that a certain someone who claimed 4 years ago about how rude the server was by telling said someone that if they didn't eat all of their food the next time they are there. That the server will charge extra, is a lie and that person is just seeking attention. I also believe such person is not from here, I have been eating from here ever since I was a kid(37 now).
Best Chinese food I've found anywhere around us (including in humboldt etc)
The staff is also so friendly and welcoming. Love going here.
