Cafe was clean, well organized, and welcoming. Staff were cheerful and helpful. The coffee was decent but what really stood out was the cheesecakes. I got the pistachio cheesecake. The only problem I had with it was deciding between the delicious looking cheesecakes. It was so good. I will be making the Rolling Pin Bakery and Restaurant a regular stop when I come through Weyburn.
For those of us that have a favorite casual restaurant that has an amazing bakery, this place is a must visit.
Cakes, cheesecakes, cupcakes, and a wide range of rotating baked goods along with scrumptious bread are available here. The food is very good with a wide range of menu options that allow for large parties or picky eaters to find something that’s delicious.
We stopped and picked up dinner as well as treats to take along with us.

My friend and I were in town for a funeral today, and decided to stop here and have lunch. I had the bacon cheese burger and fries. Delicious!!! Will definitely be back next trip to Weyburn!! Didn't have room for dessert, but next time!
