I was skeptical, because this place is in an old gas station and is nothing fancy. The food was excellent and fresh. We each had the Platillo Mexicano, and it was a good sized portion of food. The service was good and the place was clean. Would most definitely go there again!
We stopped in for a bit after reading the great reviews and they are definitely well deserved. We ordered enchiladas and chicken tacos. They came quick, fresh and obviously made with lots of love. The tortillas were home made and some of the best I've had. I wish I could bottle and take home the hot sauce. Perfect amount of heat and again definitely made from scratch with love. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. we will 1000% be back again ??
The authenticity of the Mexican food is amazing. The service was slower but they were wonderful, kind people. Definitely recommend making the trip to yellowgrass for this hidden gem!
