He had went out of his way to make sure he earned my trust and loyalty back for a mistake that he had nothing to do with. This amount of care for his customers shows what an amazing person he is, if you ask me, Hiren and everyone else working there deserves a raise, he had not only gained my trust back but my respect aswell.
