Usually when i visit here it is not that busy, but today it was pretty busy and those guys are more focused on drive thru as it was seen that 4 people were helping there but just 1 person at the front who was trying to cope up with the customers 1 after the other not much impressed by the drive thru but I would like to mention a guy who was serving us in the front was trying his best to get the drinks and food ready as soon as possible.
I am giving 5 star just because...

we came in pretty late and danika and henry were funny and joking around with us, my mom wanted a barbie and they went on a search to find a bag we could put it in so it would stay nice for the way home. it was the best tim hortons experience we have ever had
