I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt. It was busy and “free shake day” I waited forever, my fountain drink was flat, when my order finally came, it was just onion rings and not my burger. Then I got the burger, it was Luke warm and my onion rings were soggy. For a 20$ lunch I would expect higher quality.
I got a take out and it was horrible the burger was completely soggy and falling apart and the milk shake tasted like the black pieces of a burnt marshmallow that fell on the fire. The onion rings were ok.
It was our first time going , my husband and I . He ordered a double bacon burger and myself the classic burger , with a full fries . We waited over 45 minutes for our order …., when we finally got it there was no difference between the burgers , they we cold , dry , tasteless , not to mention the French fries were actually already cold .
