Got a take out order of a baconator (with no mayo due to allergies) and a Dave’s double cheese burger and didn’t realize until I got home that my baconator had mayo and the Dave’s double cheese was another baconator. Drove back and Saksham and the others gladly fixed my order to what I originally wanted plus gave me a free frosty.They were polite and went above and beyond
I stop at Wendy's every morning on my way to work, and the customer service is excellent. Akash knows my order, is super friendly, and I love that he takes the time to make sure my order is correct. It's people like Akash who make the mornings that much better! ?
Incredibly slow service. One young woman had to come off her break to help out. The guy who took our order didn't offer a receipt. Two other people in line were equally frustrated at the excessive wait.
