“Attempted to dine in at this restaurant. Waited 10 minutes at table, was not acknowledged, greeted or waited on. Associates were back an forth into the kitchen and lobby counter, but ignored us. After a 10 minute wait we left. Associates were at the counter but continued to ignore us.“

“We have been getting take out from Valentinos for about 2.5 years now and are constantly craving it! There’s so much love in this food. So much so that we had them cater our wedding in October and we still have guests saying how good the food was. As with any restaurant when you cater you can expect a small decline in the quality of food due to the large portions but NOT Valentinos! The catered food tasted exactly like a single serving for takeout on a random day which i believe speaks volumes to the care they put into the food they are making. They also made way more than we ended up needing but everyone willingly took leftovers!“

“We eat here often and always perfect the Bristol location. Tonight we drove an extra 30 minutes to get to this location, being our favorite because of atmosphere, service and food. TONIGHT WAS DISAPPOINTING. There were other customers but the place was not packed. It took 40 minutes to get our food. My Gyro meat was hard, dry and almost burnt. I was so hungry I eat almost all of it anyways. There was one large piece left when the waitress came by I showed here and she took it to the kitchen to show someone. My bread was also hard and dry. We received half off my plate but really should have been more. NEVER have I ever been disappointed like this here.“

Got a slice of pizza to go, and was confused on why it was taking so long for a slice.....

Turns out they were making an entire fresh pizza for me to take one slice with me! I'm from New York originally, and we don't even do that there! 🙂🤩🙂

“Had a really great experience with our waiter Tyler. He was tentative he was courteous and only had been there 1 month and my wife and I were impressed. The food was amazing! However the seating for our wedding anniversary was not really though thru they put us next to a workstation where multiple waiters come to get wine trays etc etc. We enjoyed our time and food the seating arrangements could have been better.“

“The staff is very friendly and food served fast. Our pizza was served hot and steamy. Although I would have liked a crispy crust the flavor was excellent. We had garlic fries and mozzarella sticks, both were shareable dishes. Although inside the HardRock Casino the atmosphere and energy was high. Excellent for a quick dinner.“

“Have been looking for a pizza spot since moving here from Florida. After trying about 12 places locally we came across this place on a whim and on DoorDash. It was delicious! Pizza was cooked to perfection, awesome taste, crust was perfect! This is our Friday pizza place from now on! :)“
