Boiled peanuts were worthy of the sketchiest gas station that has the highest yelp reviews in the state (if you don’t know, that’s the highest praise). The owner took care of me, she’s a queen. I most of all suggest the batched white tea shots. They come in cute little airplane bottles (green tea shots are also available). You won’t regret a single thing you have here, but the best part was the vibe. 12/10 stars. Do recommend.“

Her attentiveness was unmatched, checking in on me and every guest with such genuine care, ensuring we all had exactly what we needed. Shelly, behind the bar, was a true rockstar, mixing up fantastic drinks with a smile and keeping the energy high with her quick wit and charm. She was so sharp, juggling orders for the whole crowd without missing a beat, and her cocktails from the daily specials were a total steal—delicious and creative! Together, they turned a casual stop at this riverside gem into something truly special. The Overboard Bar and Grille is a hidden treasure in Chattanooga, with its stunning views of the Tennessee River and a laid-back vibe that’s perfect for unwinding. “This is my very first bad review I am writing and I don't never give a bad review at all about my food and the night shift manager Erin and the cook. We had ordered their Cajun Grilled Chicken Sandwich and we got our sandwiches the Chicken was over cooked and really dried and we made a complaint to the night shift manager Erin and all she wanted to give us was a mashed potatoe and gravy to make up for the Cajun Grilled Chicken Sandwich and all she gave was 10% discount for our sandwiches being over cooked and very dry and burnt in spots. The cook should have not sent those sandwiches out the window like that and we not be going back to that Champy's in East Ridge at all. The mashed potatoes and gravy was insulting to us when the night shift manager could have gave us a bigger discount on our sandwiches instead of a small 10% discount or at least have the cook remake it the right way. I wished I would have taken a picture of the Cajun Grilled Chicken.
