“I once had the Tonkotsu Ramen here on vacation and it was so good that it broke me. I spent 3 weeks trying to recreate the flavor/broth with 4 different attempts and it didn't even come close. I dream of the broth. I had a friend move from Washington all the way to Atlanta. He had to pass through Chattanooga. He had been driving for 10 hours at that point of the day, and I was willing to pay him exorbitant amounts to stop and get as much of their tonkotsu ramen broth as physically possible to bring me. I cannot express how much I still think about this Ramen, and that was half a decade ago.“

“We're from out of town and picked this spot from ratings. it definitely didn't disappoint! Olivia was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations. The fried oyster mushroom were delicious! My husband & I got ramen and both were incredible. Perfect flavor combinations! Def would recommend stopping in!“
