“I asked for Lemon and she tried to give me Red Velvet. She didn't even notice while she was ringing up my order. I brought it to her attention and stated we don't eat red Velvet. That is when she looked at what she grabbed. She said sorry and got the correct one. She clearly could have cared less. She didn't really care about the mistake. How unfortunate“

“I just ordered my custom cake for here along with some of their in stock flavored cupcakes. First let me start with the cake. Trisha went above and beyond my expectations on her design. The cake was moist, fluffy and the buttercream was amazing. I'll be using her for all my cake needs in the future. The cupcakes as always did not disappoint. I was the first to try the Raspberry Lemon, and let me tell ya perfect balance of sweet and tart.“

“Employee was very polite and cheerful. He was very engaging. He washed his hands between customers. I silently noted it and the lady next to me thanked him for it. He got three people’s orders correct but it was like six ice creams and three milkshakes. He was working alone. He stayed cheerful. He was conversational with all of us while working quickly and getting the orders done right. The store was clean inside.“

“I love ice cream, I normally don’t go to places to eat ice cream, I get it from the grocery store. But when I do… I go to this cold stone, I love their strawberry blonde!! This store does get very busy. They definitely have some youngsters working there… but kids have to learn how to handle stressful situations, so I deal. Some folks in these reviews must’ve forgotten when they were once young and having a custom service job. Nonetheless Miss Layla does the best she can and she’s a delight.
