Baked in Nashville did an excellent job in adding all the details that I wanted - to look exactly like the hat I bought for my brother!! It tasted amazing too!! It was exactly whst I wanted for my brother! I cannot recommend this place enough!! A+++“

They were so good, we tracked down Mountain Jim and he offered to deliver a dozen to our hotel, since they don't have a brick and mortar. I came into the location some time within the last hour before close and these two were actively and efficiently tending to the line of 10+ waiting customers in line ahead of me. All the same, Layla remembered to greet me as I entered and both maintained a friendly and upbeat demeanor in spite of them being the only two staff on a very busy night. The store remained clean/ pristine throughout and the quality of my shake was superb. Even as more people steadily flowed in, I was happy to see such professionalism and teamwork by the two young people. Kudos!!“
