Baked in Nashville did an excellent job in adding all the details that I wanted - to look exactly like the hat I bought for my brother!! It tasted amazing too!! It was exactly whst I wanted for my brother! I cannot recommend this place enough!! A+++“

“My husband got my birthday cake here and gave very little details about what he wanted on it and it turned out amazing! The flavor was fantastic the cake was so moist and spongy and the icing was the perfect amount of sweetness. I’m not a big icing girly but I LOVED their icing!“

It had its own original flavor and we were able to control how much icing we used. We will definitely be buying more and I’m hoping for more flavors to be available soon for baking at home. “So...I visited Nashville over the Christmas holiday, and stayed in a hotel that had samples of Mountain Jim's tea cakes in the room. They were so good, we tracked down Mountain Jim and he offered to deliver a dozen to our hotel, since they don't have a brick and mortar. These are definitely on my list of gifts and special treats.“
