There is a man working here, I think his name is Tyler, and he is the kindest human! He was so welcoming and an absolute delight. Come for the cake, stay for the kind staff!
My husband’s favorite is the Celebration cake and I have been ordering it for years. This year, the cake was not properly secured in the box and has tipped on its side by the time I got home. I smoothed and fixed the frosting and did a little cover up before serving. Days later, I received a survey from Susie Cakes about my experience.
