“I asked for Lemon and she tried to give me Red Velvet. She didn't even notice while she was ringing up my order. I brought it to her attention and stated we don't eat red Velvet. That is when she looked at what she grabbed. She said sorry and got the correct one. She clearly could have cared less. She didn't really care about the mistake. How unfortunate“

“Employee was very polite and cheerful. He was very engaging. He washed his hands between customers. I silently noted it and the lady next to me thanked him for it. He got three people’s orders correct but it was like six ice creams and three milkshakes. He was working alone. He stayed cheerful. He was conversational with all of us while working quickly and getting the orders done right. The store was clean inside.“

“I have been a weekly customer for a while. Today I ordered one of my favorites, but it tasted like cake batter instead of French vanilla. It was very light on the mix ins. But truthfully it was the flavor that disappointed me. I called they gave me the option of returning it to get get more ice cream, or put in for a refund. I ended up taking it in and swapping. I called back spoke to the same person, Susan. I gave her my order, everything the same except the ice cream flavor is flavor I changed to coffee ice cream. I got home and tasted, immediately I called Susan back. I had to tell her the coffee ice cream is amazing!!!!! So much better than Golly G's!!! I can put my other favorites to the side.great place the people are very nice, and helpful. Kudo's to Susan!!!“
