Jimmy John's in Memphis

“I placed an order on uber in aug. My 2 pastas were not in the bag. Since I stay downtown I called the location and asked if I could just pick up another day when I decided to have it again. He said yes. Give me your number and just give them your number and you’ll be able to retrieve your missing items that were not in the bag upon your next visit. Decided to visit today just because I wanted pasta and they were not able to pull up any information in reference to that order. I was very annoyed because I did not report on uber that day to get a refund because I spoke with someone at the location! Hopefully the information going forward is more accurate otherwise I’ll just report the items missing on uber so I won’t be at a loss“

“Ordering from here for the first time, I wish the app had suggested "Jimmy it up" because I would have enjoyed that much more. The French bread was great and the beef and cheese were amazing as well. Dining in on Poplar was probably not the best idea but overall, I would definitely go back adding the Jimmy option and asking for it to be toasted (if that's an option). There were several people behind the counter but the wait was still long with organization being the cause.“
