“We called in our breakfast order . We were told what time the order will be ready. We arrived to pick up the order. The order was not ready. The wait staff found the order that was not processed. The order was processed; however, after walk-ins placing their order(s). We hung around and additional 20 minutes to get the order and did not get all of which for which we paid. Disorganization and miscommunication.“
“Hubby and I are from California and we’re in Memphis for a family reunion. Stopped at Waffle House at 7125 Winchester Road for breakfast on our last day in town. Wish we had known about this place on Day 1 of our trip—we would have come every day! ? Service is great! Good was excellent! They get it to you quickly. And it’s prepared perfectly. I wish this establishment much success!“
