The carhop handed me a milkshake and the lid was not on properly. It went all over my husband ,my car and myself . She said let me get some napkins for you, brought those out and then started handing us our food at the same time. We were still trying to clean up the milkshake. She just left. This is just an unacceptable lack of customer service. There was no attempt to rectify the situation AT ALL. I personally will be going to Dairy Queen from now on.
I sat there saturday july 20th at around 4 pm for 15 minutes and they never answered the call ..
